I have been delighted with the quality of the uplift, the design team at Phoenix have been amazing, and I am regularly updated with cleaning and maintenance reports, including inspection videos, so I can relax know my property is being very well looked after.  The 3-year contract means I can enjoy the financial security, without the additional associated responsibilities of managing my property and tenants myself; Phoenix Estates manages everything on my behalf.  The best decision I could have made
